Synopsis: Night Junkies is another in a long line of films that takes the typical vampire mythos and plays around with the formula a little bit. The film ditches most of the religious trappings of the vampire genre and instead takes an addict approach, a tact that has already been approached in film’s like Blade II and The Thirst. The vampires in Night Junkies are all damaged individuals that have an unquenchable thirst for blood that is only rivaled by their unquenchable thirst for companionship which gives the entire film a dark soap opera feel.
